Custom Poetry & Fiction:

I currently accept custom orders for the following products: poetry (1-10+ pages), poetry chapbooks, fics, fiction.
To order a custom piece of poetry, please include what you would like your poem to be about in the notes section of your order. Please be as specific as possible. If you wish to give me creative freedom, please state so in the notes. Please contact me (within 48 hours of placing your order) if you feel you need more correspondence for the creation of your custom!
To order a custom fic or work of fiction, please include what you would like me to write about in the notes section of your order. Please be as specific as possible. I require full payment upfront. Contact me if you have any questions.
Please refer to the listings to see how many drafts are included in your commission. Asking/Requesting more drafts may cost an additional fee.
If you wish to have the custom handwritten, please be advised that there is an additional fee. Contact me for more information.
If you need the custom for commercial use, please be advised that there is an additional fee. Contact me for more information.
If you would like to add a tip to your order, please use the "Tip" product listing and add how much you would like to tip.

Processing Time: It takes approximately 5-10 business days for me to complete your order. Customs can take 10-20 business days, based on how complex your custom order was. Business days do not include weekends. At this time I do not combine multiple orders.
Please ensure that your address is correct. I am not responsible for any order that gets returned to me due to an error in the address. All orders come with tracking (with exception of some poems, see listed item for more details). Orders can be insured for an extra cost.
Estimated Shipping Time: US Shipping: 1-3 weeks / International Shipping: 1-5+ weeks / I have no control over when the package arrives to you; these are just estimated times. Once a package is shipped, I am not responsible for it.
Customs & Import Fees: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import fees, taxes, or any other charge that may apply. I am not responsible for any fees or delays post shipment.

I do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on orders, but please contact me if there are any problems with your purchase.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages or products due to mishandling by the carrier(s). If there is something missing from your package upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Forms of payment that are accepted include: All major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay.

Discount and promo codes are not valid on custom orders. All discount codes are subject to the discretion of Trinkats.
